Overview

MioSoft’s Customer Context Server helps integrate disparate systems holding fragmented views of a customer using the miocon Architecture to cache and access data in a high speed parallel processing environment. The Customer Context Server boasts integrated Business Data Tool based data utilities, and advanced features such as match  rules, conflict resolution rules, and a distributed web server with custom web views.

The information available through MioSoft’s Customer Context Server can be far richer than what is typically stored in a linear customer record or a customer profile. Without the Customer Context Server many-to-many relationships, complex behavioral models and historical data can be unavailable to customer-facing applications.

With the MioSoft Customer Context Server, rich and in-depth aggregate information can be assembled and cached to provide fast access to customer information, even through a web-based interface. In addition, the miocon Customer Context Cache carries no performance penalty for complex customer models, and is easy to configure and deploy using the graphical interface provided through the miocon Architecture. A business analyst can define the Customer Context graphically using UML modeling to define the customer according to business requirements and processes.
