The Miosoft Partner Program allows product vendors and systems specialists who recommend and deploy MioSoft products to obtain exclusive access to MioSoft’s documentation library, Partner Support Services, and more.The following overview introduces current capacities in which MioSoft operates the MioSoft Partner Program.
Consulting Partners
MioSoft Consulting Partners typically install miocon products at client sites. This group of partners is primarily comprised of consulting companies and e-business integrators that help companies with a complete CRM or e-business solution. Special benefits of MioSoft Consulting Partners include special training programs on topics such as installing the miocon suite within legacy environments, and more.
Solution Partners
MioSoft Solution Partners typically offer products using the miocon suite. MioSoft Solution Partners often have products that benefit from a single view of customers across all touchpoints and vendors. This group of partners is primarily comprised of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and e-commerce vendors offering customer-facing applications.
Infrastructure Partners
MioSoft Infrastructure Partners typically offer products used by the miocon suite. This group of partners is primarily comprised of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) vendors who sell products used by the Customer Context™ Server to connect to legacy systems and customer-facing applications.
Service Partners
MioSoft Service Partners are typically Application Service Providers (ASP) who host the miocon suite and operate the Customer Context Cache.
